Matthew is a self-made sophisticated investor owning and operating a highly successful retail business that has and continues to experience exponential growth on an annual basis.
He has substantial marketing and communication expertise which is reflected in his business success and a straightforward approach to delivering a Company’s message to its market.
Communication and teamwork are his most important business traits. Matthew has successfully invested in many exploration, energy and mining companies during the past 20 years and understands the flexibility required in the fast-paced environment in that ASX Mining companies operate.

PETERTSEGAS
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Tsegas has over 20 years of experience in Tanzania engaging with both the private and government sectors on several projects. He was formerly the Managing Director of Tancoal Energy Ltd which he successfully led from an exploration company to a JV with the Tanzanian government, and then into production.

MARKGRAY
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mark has more than 20 years experience in c-suite roles in the mining industry across many commodities including metallurgical coal, uranium and diamonds, and across many jurisdictions including Australia, Botswana, Tanzania, BC Canada and the US.
Mark is now a professional director with three current non-executive appointments including in respect of a metallurgical coal development company based in BC Canada, and two separate investment funds based in New Zealand.
Prior to working in the mining sector Mark practised corporate and banking law for 15 years in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Mark holds an LLB and a MA (with distinction) from Victoria University of Wellington, NZ.

AVI GELLER
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORR
Mr. Geller has extensive investment experience with deep corporate finance expertise across capital markets, venture capital, private equity, and debt structures.

JONATHAN REYNOLDS
COMPANY SECRETARY
Bringing to bear strong management, communication, interpersonal, administrative and creative financial skills to provide effective, efficient and quality hands-on financial direction to companies within the middle market space.
Working in highly entrepreneurial environments, in diverse geographical and commercial segments including debt and equity investment, mineral opportunity acquisition and development and technology product development and commercialisation.
Extensive experience of Australian Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange AIM markets requirements.
